Our client, a renowned industrial company specializing in the design and manufacture of complex technical equipment, is looking for its Production Manager as part of a major organizational and industrial transformation. The position is part of a dynamic of workshop modernization, reinforced collaboration between departments, and a transition towards a Factory 4.0 model.

Full-time – CDI – Executive Status - Position based in Bourgogne (21)

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead all production activities in compliance with Quality / Cost / Deadline / Safety (QCDS) objectives. You will manage two workshop managers who supervise four production sectors, representing a total workforce of approximately 30 to 35 employees. Your main mission: re-energize the workshops, evolve practices, and place production at the heart of the site's performance.

Your main missions:

• Organize, plan, and coordinate production to guarantee the fulfillment of customer commitments.
• Support and assist workshop managers in management, steering, and daily best practices.
• Strengthen communication and collaboration with related departments (logistics, quality, maintenance, bureau d’études).
• Drive the safety culture and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Structure production by integrating Lean Manufacturing methods and initiating a transition towards a connected and digitalized factory (4.0).
• Develop versatility, reactivity, and team involvement.
• Adapt production organization according to real needs and site priorities.
• Identify improvement levers and lead performance projects (flows, quality, ergonomics, productivity).
• Participate in the definition and deployment of investments necessary for the modernization of the industrial tool.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering or General Engineering, you have at least 2 years of experience in production management within an industrial environment. You have evolved in a structured context (such as a large group) and wish to put your expertise at the service of a human-sized, agile company undergoing full transformation. You appreciate field proximity, change management, and collective work. The recruited person must be comfortable using the English language.

This is a CDI position. The envisaged remuneration is between 50 and 55 K€ gross over 13 months + 1.5 months bonus depending on profile and experience + Mutuelle, 13th month, Participation, 10 to 13 days of RTT, ongoing QVT projects, 50% contribution for public transport.
