Our client is a mechanical engineering company, part of an international group. The site specializes in the manufacturing of automotive parts. Based near Metz, it is looking for a:

QHSE Manager M/F

Full-time – CDI – Position based in Moselle (57)

Reporting to the Site Director, the future QHSE Manager will have the following missions:

QHSE Strategy & governance Health, safety & environment Quality & customer satisfaction Management system & certifications QHSE Performance & continuous improvement Management & cross-functional projects World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Steering committee

Your profile:

Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Quality, HSE, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Proven experience in QHSE management in an industrial environment, ideally automotive - Ideally 10 years of experience in Automotive Quality, and 5 years in HSE

Mastery of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Experience with customer, system, and certification body audits. Recognized leadership, strong field culture, and results orientation. Entrepreneurial profile.

Fluent professional English. German would be a plus.

Knowledge of WCM, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is appreciated.
