Automation Engineer (M/F)

Your tasks

Under the authority of the General Manager and in cooperation with our technical team,

• You ensure the technical study of customer needs and participate in the estimation of quotes.
• You create electrical diagrams under EPLAN, define specifications, and order the necessary equipment.
• You ensure the wiring of electrical cabinets, the development and parameterization of PLCs and controllers (Schneider, Siemens, Unitronics, Eurotherm).
• You ensure the programming and setting of PID loops (temperature, atmosphere %C, CO) and the control of industrial gases (N2, CH3OH, NH3, C3H8, CH4, air).
• You configure digital communications and industrial networks in bus mode.
• You ensure commissioning at the customer site, maintenance follow-up, and telephone technical support.

Requirements

With higher education in automation, electronics, or industrial computing, at a minimum Bac+3 level, you have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, acquired in an industrial environment. Knowledge of thermal treatment is desired, but not indispensable. Knowledge of bus protocols (Modbus, Canbus, Profibus, Profinet) is necessary. You are autonomous in the field, while knowing how to work in a team in the office, particularly on technical support and project follow-up. Curious, a good communicator, and rigorous, you enjoy direct contact with customers. You master technical English.
