Full-time – CDI – Position based in Meurthe et Moselle (54) Reporting to the General Manager, the future Purchasing Director will have the following functions:

Steering and development of the purchasing function International steering Management and transversality

Experience Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) in purchasing management, ideally in an industrial environment (mechanical, hydraulic, or a related sector) Experience in the development or professionalization of a purchasing function Significant international experience: steering suppliers or subsidiaries abroad, ideally with exposure to international markets Initial experience or a strong appetite for logistics/supply chain is a real plus

Skills Mastery of classic purchasing levers (negotiation, contracting, sourcing, supplier risk management) Ability to evolve an organization and tools (ERP, steering indicators) Fluent English is essential; any additional language is an asset Sensitivity to the industrial and technical challenges of a precision manufacturing environment

Soft Skills Leadership and pedagogical skills to support a team over the long term Autonomy and sense of initiative Ease in an international and multicultural context Rigor and result-oriented mindset, with a true capacity for dialogue with the General Management

This is a CDI position. Remuneration is to be defined, according to profile and experience, + Mutuelle, Prévoyance, Participation, Intéressement, PERCO, CE and Chèques Vacances, mobile phone, Company Vehicle. This position is part of a dynamic development of the purchasing function, to support the growth and internationalization of the group.
