Medical Kits Logistics Coordinator M/F

Our client is an international MedTech company specializing in medical devices for surgery. As part of the development of its medical education business, it is strengthening its Logistics team.

You will contribute to the preparation of surgical kits intended for the "training" of surgeons, mainly in Europe. You are at the heart of an activity where every detail counts: every element of the kit must be sterile and in its place to ensure a complete kit that must be delivered according to the deadlines of various training sessions.

Your mission

In connection with the sales and Medical Education teams, you prepare and reconstitute the kits necessary for different events. You control their completeness, prepare shipments, and ensure their traceability until their destination.

You also manage returns after training sessions, restocking, and the reconstitution of kits for future uses.

The position includes a significant dimension of stock management and the use of an ERP: stock movements, inventory monitoring, and processing of any discrepancies.

You will also participate in receiving, picking, and put-away activities. You will be trained in the cleaning and decontamination operations of the equipment.

You will regularly exchange with sales teams from different European countries. English is therefore used on a daily basis, both written and spoken.

With a Bac+2 degree in logistics or having significant experience in this field, you are comfortable with preparation, stock management, and IT tools.

Experience in medical devices, surgical equipment, pharmacy, or a regulated environment would be particularly appreciated.

You are rigorous, organized, comfortable with technical equipment, and capable of managing multiple priorities. You have good interpersonal skills, professional English, and enjoy working in an environment where quality and traceability are essential.
