As part of its development, our firm is looking for its future Senior Human Resources Consultant, capable of leading complex, high-value-added missions, supporting companies through their transformations, and actively contributing to the firm's dynamics.

Your main missions: Lead complex and multi-site HR consulting missions

Conduct organizational diagnostics and support change management

Design and deploy HR policies

Facilitate steering committees and Codir/Comex presentations

Develop and retain a client portfolio

Contribute to responses to calls for tenders

Profile sought: With a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, Human Sciences, or from a Grande École, you have significant experience of at least 10 years in an HR consulting firm. You possess solid expertise in HR transformation and change management, as well as proven experience in high-stakes missions. Recognized for your leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to unite teams, you demonstrate autonomy, analytical skills, and excellent communication qualities. A fluent level of English is indispensable.
