Your tasks
You'll be involved in a broad range of professional and project-led Building Surveying instructions across sectors including:
- Education
- Healthcare
- Commercial
- Residential
- Public Sector
- Industrial
- Insurance
Key responsibilities will include Managing and delivering building surveying projects from inception to completion Building and maintaining strong client relationships Coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams Mentoring and developing junior surveyors Undertaking technical reviews and ensuring quality delivery Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities
Requirements
This is the ideal opportunity for an ambitious surveyor looking for greater autonomy, increased client exposure, and a genuine pathway for career progression.
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
- Consultancy background within Building Surveying
- Strong project delivery experience
- Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills
- Capable of managing multiple projects independently
- Passionate about developing junior team members
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to contribute to team growth
