ELECTRICIAN – SOUTHAMPTON
Up to £43,000 + Van & Fuel Card Southampton & surrounding areas 40 hours per week Permanent, Full-Time Social Housing / Voids
We’re recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a busy Voids Team , carrying out electrical works to empty social housing properties and getting homes safe, compliant and ready for new tenants.
The role will include:
- Electrical testing & inspections
- Fault finding and repairs
- Electrical installations & upgrades
- Making void properties safe and compliant
- Completing works to a high standard and helping reduce void turnaround times
You’ll need:
- NVQ / AM2 or equivalent 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent
- Current 18th Edition
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Social housing / void experience advantageous
The role will predominantly cover Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole, Salisbury and surrounding areas , with occasional work around Portsmouth and Guildford.
