Accompanied Viewer

We’re looking for a confident, reliable and personable Accompanied Viewer to join our local team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking for a flexible role within the property industry. You’ll be the friendly face of our business, meeting prospective buyers and tenants and helping to make their viewing experience as positive and professional as possible.

The Role As an Accompanied Viewer, you will: Attend residential property viewings on behalf of our team. Meet and greet prospective buyers and tenants at properties. Show viewers around the property and answer general questions about the property and its features. Provide a warm, professional and welcoming experience. Liaise with our office team to ensure viewings run smoothly. Provide feedback to the team following viewings. Help ensure properties are presented well before and during appointments. Represent our company professionally at all times. Flexible role - approximately 8 - 16 hours weekly Saturday work required Plus travel expenses

About You We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly and approachable – you’ll be meeting new people every day. Confident and personable – comfortable showing people around a property and chatting with viewers. Reliable and organised – punctuality and communication are really important. Professional – able to represent our business and clients to a high standard. A good communicator – both face-to-face and with our team. Local and familiar with the area – knowledge of the local area is an advantage. Flexible – viewings can take place during evenings and weekends, so flexibility is important. Positive and enthusiastic – someone who genuinely enjoys working with people. Previous property experience is not essential. We’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, personality and commitment to providing excellent customer service. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is required for this role.
