*Pay & Hours*

• *Compensation:* CA$30.00?CA$38.00 per hour to start depending on experience
• *Schedule:* Full-time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM ? 3:00 PM
• *Location:* On-site

*Key Responsibilities*

• Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, surface grinders, and Blanchard grinder.
• Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, schematics, and mechanical diagrams.
• Maintain tight tolerances and precise quality control standards across low-volume/custom production runs.
• Troubleshoot setups and collaborate with the shop team to hit production objectives safely.

*Qualifications*

• *Education:* High school diploma or equivalent is required
• *Experience:* Minimum 1?2 years of hands-on manual machining experience is required
• *Certifications:* Certificate of Qualification as a General Machinist (429A) or active enrollment in an apprenticeship program is preferred
• *Skills:* Strong blueprint reading, math, and precision measurement tool capabilities (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) are required.
