About the company
At ORGINOR, a company specializing in the development and manufacture of dyes, extracts, and natural ingredients for various industries, we are looking for a Sales Executive for our headquarters in Los Olivos.
Your tasks
- Support the Commercial Manager in the preparation and execution of the strategic sales plan, as well as in the design of strategies to increase product commercialization.
- Acquire new customers, promote the company's products, and maintain commercial relationships with current and potential customers.
- Evaluate the credit history of new customers in risk centers and communicate the results to the General Management for credit approval.
- Prepare quotations according to customer requirements and coordinate commercial sales conditions with the General Management.
- Request and verify customer purchase orders, prepare order forms, and manage their corresponding approval.
- Generate manufacturing orders with correlative numbering and send them to the plant for review and scheduling.
- Coordinate with the Production and Warehouse areas for the manufacturing and dispatch scheduling of sold products, performing the corresponding follow-up until delivery to the customer.
- Request the Quality Assurance area to prepare samples, handle claims, and issue quality certificates required by customers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monthly reports of shipped export orders, informing the General Management about commercial results.
- Other functions related to the sales area.
Requirements
University or Technical degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Management, International Business, or related careers.
- Advanced English level.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Proficiency in veritrade or digital market analysis tools.
- Knowledge in Commercial Management.
- 01 year of experience as a sales executive in Dye companies (Indispensable), Flavoring companies.
- Minimum education: Technical
- 1 year of experience
