Import Executive - Import Executive

Main functions:

• Manage shipments and import documentation.
• Administer original documents and manage BL invoicing when applicable.
• Coordinate invoicing and maintain control in the corresponding system.
• Maintain relationships with key clients through inside sales activities.

Requirements:

• Advanced student of Foreign Trade, Customs Administration, or related careers.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge of technical language specific to imports.
• Intermediate proficiency in English, oral and written (B2+).
• Knowledge of the CargoWise system is desirable.

• Age: between 23 and 50 years
• Driver's licenses: motorcycles, automobiles / cars
• Availability to travel: Yes
