What makes you shine You’re a motivated problem solver and a curious learner – with a passion for turning data & AI into real business impact. You’ll thrive with us if you bring: A strong academic foundation – you’re currently in your 3rd year or beyond of a quantitative Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g. Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science) with excellent results
Analytical thinking and technical skills – you enjoy working with data, solving complex problems, and using tools such as SQL, Python, Git and various GenAI toolkits
A hands-on, growth mindset – you take initiative, embrace challenges, and are eager to learn and develop continuously
Effective communication and teamwork skills – you’re comfortable collaborating and presenting your ideas clearly
Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Where and how you’ll work Most of your work will take place from our Amsterdam office , where you'll collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to a variety of projects while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment. Rewire's Amsterdam office is more than just a workplace, it's a hub for collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving. And because great work happens when people feel connected, we also regularly come together for team events, celebrations, and Friday drinks. We're aiming for a minimum of 16 hours per week, ideally around 24 hours spread across three days, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while balancing your studies. While the Amsterdam office will be your primary workspace, occasional work from home is possible in alignment with your team, providing flexibility and supporting a healthy balance between work and study.
