As part of the Program Operations Office, you will support one of the group's most significant HR transformation projects. Through your structured way of working, your organizational strength, and your ability to see connections, you will make an important contribution to the successful management and implementation of the program. An interest in HR digitalization, the willingness to familiarize yourself with SAP SuccessFactors, and a structured and conscientious way of working characterize you. You also maintain an overview and reflect on your own actions even when faced with multiple parallel requirements. You are willing to travel up to 25% of your working time.
