In the course of the company-wide HR digital transformation, the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors is the focus – with Employee Central as the heart of the future HR system landscape. Especially in this international transformation program, the design of efficient, standardized, and simultaneously flexibly adaptable HR processes plays a central role. In this position, as an expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you will take on a key role in the transformation program and contribute significantly to the sustainable further development of the HR system landscape. Together with international colleagues and external partners, you will work on solutions that work across national borders, simplify processes, and create real added value for employees. In your role, you are responsible for the functional management of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central within an international transformation program. You further develop the global Employee Central template, thus making a significant contribution to the harmonization of international HR processes. Together with international project teams and external partners, you work on solutions that work across national borders. You support the assurance of a consistent system landscape and contribute to the standardization and efficiency increase of HR processes. Responsibility for central configuration elements such as Foundation Objects, Position Management, Role-Based Permissions, as well as organizational structures is part of your area of activity. You combine global requirements with local conditions and ensure high data quality in the system through reviews and validations.
At least 5 years of experience in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required. In addition, experience in international rollouts or with global template approaches, as well as in working with external implementation partners and international stakeholders, is necessary. Sound knowledge of the central configuration principles of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as well as experience in integration towards Payroll and Time Management are also required. Very good written and spoken English skills are required due to the international project orientation. Pronounced skills in solution-oriented thinking, ability to cooperate, flexibility, assertiveness, and resilience characterize you. A willingness to travel of up to 25% of working time is expected.
