You will coordinate the collaboration of various stakeholders, provide orientation in complex project structures, and ensure that decisions, risks, budgets, and milestones are always managed transparently and traceably. Together with international colleagues, workstream leads, managers, and external partners, you will make a decisive contribution to the success of the transformation.

In this role, you are responsible for the control and the project and process management of an international HR transformation project and ensure reliable program planning, meaningful status reporting, and the professional preparation of committee documents. You will build an end-to-end planning and reporting system and ensure an overview of milestones, dependencies, and risks across all workstreams. As a central interface, you will coordinate the collaboration between program management, workstream leads, and the People & Culture decision-makers. Together with Controlling, you will manage budget tracking, forecasts, and variance analyses, thereby creating transparency regarding the financial development of the program. The preparation, support, and follow-up of program committees, as well as the structured tracking of decisions and measures, fall within your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you will operate risk and topic management, manage the collaboration with implementation partners, and ensure uniform standards for documentation, templates, and collaboration spaces.

You have a completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study. You bring several years of experience in the Project Management Office of large HR or IT programs and have ideally participated in international transformation projects. Sound knowledge in program planning, status reporting, and the management of dependencies, risks, budgets, and forecasts characterize your profile. Experience in collaborating with Controlling as well as in managing external implementation partners is an advantage. You are proficient in using project and collaboration tools. English is the program language, therefore we require business fluent English skills. Strong linguistic expression, entrepreneurial thinking, conscientiousness, conflict management skills, and resilience characterize you. You are willing to travel up to 25% of your working time.
