We are looking for our location in 2351 Wiener Neudorf, IZ NÖ-Süd Straße 6 Obj. 16 Zentrale, for 38.5 hours per week.

In your role, you are responsible for the functional management of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central within an international transformation program.
You will further develop the global Employee Central template, thereby making a significant contribution to the harmonization of international HR processes.
Together with international project teams and external partners, you will work on solutions that operate across national borders.
You will support the assurance of a consistent system landscape and contribute to the standardization and increased efficiency of HR processes.
Responsibility for central configuration elements such as Foundation Objects, Position Management, Role-Based Permissions, as well as organizational structures, is part of your area of activity.
You will combine global requirements with local conditions and ensure high data quality in the system through reviews and validations.

At least 5 years of experience in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.
Additionally, experience in international rollouts or with global template approaches, as well as in working with external implementation partners and international stakeholders, is necessary.
Sound knowledge of the central configuration principles of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as well as experience in integration towards Payroll and Time Management are also required.
Very good written and spoken English skills are required due to the international project orientation.
You are characterized by strong skills in solution-oriented thinking, ability to cooperate, flexibility, assertiveness, and resilience.
A willingness to travel of up to 25% of working time is expected.
