- Provide friendly and attentive service to customers in-store
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing and styling
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness, presentation and product displays
- Replenish stocks and assist with inventory checks
- Support fitting room and daily store operations
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
- Support promotional activities and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Passionate about fashion and working with customers
