We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Retail Associates to join a growing fashion & lifestyle retail team. If you enjoy creating a great shopping experience, keeping up with fashion trends and working in an energetic retail environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
- Provide product information and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Support customers with product selection, sizing and general enquiries.
- Process purchases and payments accurately through the POS system.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and merchandise organisation.
- Maintain attractive and well-organised product displays.
- Ensure the store is kept clean, presentable and ready for customers.
- Support promotional activities and new product launches when required.
- Work closely with the team to achieve store and sales targets.
- Assist with other day-to-day retail operations as required.
What We're Looking For
- Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Previous retail, fashion or customer service experience would be advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Able to work retail shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
