Recruiter (In-House, Contract)

Your tasks

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability for the role.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage candidate communication, expectations and salary discussions throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support employee referral initiatives, reference checks and pre-employment arrangements.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and other HR-related projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a related field.
