Procurement Executive | Up to 4k | Industrial Equipment

Salary: Up to S$4,000 + AWS Location: Woodlands, Singapore Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Opportunity Looking to take your procurement career beyond routine purchasing? We are hiring a Procurement Executive to join an established company specialising in commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment solutions. In this role, you will be involved in end-to-end procurement for equipment-related projects , from sourcing suppliers and evaluating quotations to preparing cost comparisons, coordinating purchases and ensuring timely deliveries. This is an excellent opportunity for procurement professionals who enjoy working with suppliers, managing project requirements and contributing directly to project execution. Key Responsibilities Source and evaluate suppliers for commercial kitchen equipment, machinery and project-related materials.

Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quotations and procurement requirements for tenders and project proposals.

Obtain supplier quotations, conduct price comparisons and negotiate competitive pricing and terms.

Prepare equipment costing, including procurement costs and proposed selling prices.

Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely procurement.

Coordinate freight arrangements, shipment schedules and deliveries with suppliers and internal teams.

Monitor inventory availability, procurement timelines and outstanding orders.

Work closely with Sales and other stakeholders to ensure equipment specifications, project requirements and delivery schedules are met.

Requirements Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or a related function.

Experience in equipment, engineering, construction, M&E or project-based procurement would be advantageous.

Familiarity with RFQs, supplier quotations, costing and purchase order processing.

Ability to interpret equipment specifications and coordinate procurement requirements.

Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

Detail-oriented, resourceful and comfortable managing multiple procurement requirements.
