M&E TECHNICIAN | HOTEL/ SHOPPING MALL MAINTENANCE
Your tasks
- Carry out routine inspection, servicing and preventive maintenance of M&E systems.
- Attend to building maintenance issues and perform basic troubleshooting and repair works.
- Handle electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and other general building maintenance works.
- Monitor M&E equipment and report any faults or abnormalities.
- Respond to breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance when required.
- Assist with testing and checking of building systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for servicing and repair works.
- Ensure maintenance works are completed safely and according to requirements.
- Maintain proper maintenance records, checklists and service reports.
- Support other facilities and maintenance duties when required.
Requirements
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management or related technical field.
- Relevant experience in M&E, facilities or building maintenance would be an advantage.
- Candidates with hands-on technician experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and building systems.
- Able to troubleshoot basic equipment and maintenance issues.
- Hands-on, responsible and able to work independently as well as within a team.
