Customer Service (logistic) Up to $3500 per month

Location: East

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and shipment arrangements
• Coordinate import, export and cross-trade shipments
• Prepare and manage shipping documents
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents and internal teams
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
• Handle customer issues and follow up on resolutions
• Maintain accurate shipment records and data
• Support sales and marketing activities when required
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or related fields
• Good understanding of import and export processes
• Experience with air or sea freight
• Familiar with Incoterms
