Call Centre Officer | Bishan | up to $2700/mth

Working Hours:  9am to 6pm , 4 weekdays 1 weekend  Basic Salary:  up to $2700/mth Location: Bishan Duties: Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with booking issues, payment enquiries, account matters, and service-related concerns. Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up until resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates. Support daily customer service operations and ensure service standards are met. Requirements Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or front-line support will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
