Manager, Strategic Business Development (M&A) – Healthcare Conglomerate

A leading healthcare conglomerate is seeking Manager, Strategic Business Development (M&A) professionals to support investment evaluation, corporate development, and portfolio strategy initiatives across the region. This role offers exposure to M&A transactions, strategic planning, investment analysis, and regional stakeholder management within a dynamic healthcare platform. Responsibilities Evaluate potential investment, partnership, and M&A opportunities across the region Conduct and coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational, commercial, tax, and regulatory workstreams Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and investment assessments Support transaction execution, including preparation of investment papers, presentations, and approval materials Review transaction and legal documentation together with internal and external advisors Participate in negotiations with counterparties, partners, and advisors Support strategic planning and portfolio management initiatives across the group Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive strategic projects and business initiatives Monitor market trends, industry developments, and investment opportunities Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines 8+ years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, strategic investments, transaction advisory, or related fields Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities Experience managing stakeholders across regional or cross-functional environments Strong presentation and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
