Credit Risk Analyst – International Corporate Bank

About the company

An International Corporate Bank is seeking an experienced Credit Risk Analyst to join its Singapore team.

Your tasks

This role offers broad exposure across credit and portfolio management, working closely with front office and risk teams on both new and existing client relationships. You will be involved in evaluating financing opportunities, providing credit recommendations and monitoring the overall risk profile of the portfolio.

• Prepare credit assessments and periodic reviews, seeking the necessary approvals for changes in credit facilities, policy exceptions, revised terms and conditions, covenant breaches and adverse developments
• Assess financial performance, projections and key risk considerations to support credit decisions
• Partner with Relationship Managers, product teams and Credit Risk on financing proposals and ongoing client matters
• Manage credit-related activities and support the structuring and execution of complex corporate financing transactions

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree with a strong background in Corporate or Wholesale Banking credit
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, credit risk or portfolio management
• Strong financial analysis skills and experience assessing large corporate borrowers
• Good understanding of structured and complex lending transactions
