SUPERVISOR BEAUTY CLINICS

Your tasks

1. Assist the owner in the initial setup of store/outlet operations to ensure they run according to standards.
2. Ensure all daily operational activities run optimally and efficiently.
3. Supervise and direct the team in performing tasks according to SOP.
4. Assist in monitoring sales and operational performance.
5. Handle operational constraints and provide fast and accurate solutions.
6. Assist in ensuring stock availability and inventory control.
7. Maintain the quality of customer service in accordance with company standards.
8. Coordinate with the owner regarding operational reports and store needs.
9. Assist with operational administration if required.

Requirements

1. Male/Female, age 25–35 years old
2. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, clinics, or the service industry
3. Must have good English skills (oral and written)
4. Possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills
5. Thorough, detail-oriented, and have good organizational skills
6. Experienced in managing teams and coordinating with vendors
7. Experience in business setup processes or opening new operations is an added value
8. Understand the use of POS systems and report making (reporting)
