ACCOUNTANT

Job Description:

• independent checking and bookkeeping of financial documentation
• VAT calculation and preparation of relevant forms
• maintaining analytical bookkeeping of customers and suppliers at home and abroad
• preparation and control of bulk payment orders at home and abroad
• preparation of standard financial reports
• preparation of purchase orders, proforma invoices, and invoices
• constant monitoring of the flow and status of each vehicle

Additional Knowledge and Skills:

• excellent knowledge of English or German language in speaking and writing
• proficient use of MS Office suite programs
• thoroughness, responsibility, and communication skills
• initiative
• professional knowledge in the field of accounting and preparation of financial reports
