We're expanding our team and looking for a Senior Associate who wants to practice real business law—not paperwork law.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Senior Associate to work on a broad range of corporate, commercial, tax, immigration, and cross-border matters. The level of responsibility, autonomy, and client exposure will depend on the successful candidate's experience and background.

Corporate & Commercial

Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including service agreements, shareholders' agreements, and investment documents

Structure companies in Armenia and abroad

Advise on corporate governance, ownership changes, and internal restructuring

Support tax structuring projects and cross-border setups

Work on relocation and international presence structuring for companies and founders

Coordinate with accountants and financial advisors

Immigration & Cross-Border Matters

Handle business immigration and relocation projects

Prepare legal opinions and supporting documentation

Communicate with foreign counsel and government bodies

Support international clients with cross-border legal and business matters

Law degree (LL.B. or LL.M.)

3+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law

Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, including drafting in English

Ability to independently manage transactions and client relationships

Ability to supervise junior lawyers and lead legal projects

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience in corporate, tax, and immigration law

Experience working with international clients

Experience managing junior lawyers or coordinating legal projects

Familiarity with cross-border transactions and international business structures

Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal environment with significant client responsibility
