With the further development of the hotel and the increase in the scope of business, we are expanding our team and are looking for a NIGHT RECEPTIONIST (m/f) for long-term cooperation.

We are looking for a professional, responsible, and reliable person who excels in independent work, loves working with people, and understands the importance of top-notch service at every moment of a guest's stay.

Job Description:

• check-in and check-out of guests and performing other reception tasks during the night shift
• providing information to guests and taking care of their needs during the night
• professional communication with guests in person, by phone, and via email
• processing reservations, billing, and maintaining necessary records
• controlling and reconciling daily reception transactions and documentation
• performing night procedures and preparing the system for the new business day
• timely and professional resolution of guest requests and potential complaints
• coordination with other hotel departments to ensure a high level of service
• ensuring safety, discretion, and hotel standards during the night shift
