Trainee SOC

Reto Industrial is looking for recent graduates to join our Cybersecurity / SOC (Security Operations Center) team.

We are looking for people interested in professional development in the area of information security, monitoring, and networks, with a willingness to learn and work within a continuous operation environment.

Main functions

• Support the monitoring of security events and alerts.
• Provide initial follow-up to incidents detected within the SOC.
• Support the identification and escalation of possible threats or unusual behaviors.
• Document events, incidents, and activities performed during the shift.
• Follow procedures and protocols established by the area.
• Support activities related to networks, information security, and SOC operation.
• Participate in training processes and technical development within the area.

Requirements

• Engineering in Telecommunications, Systems, Information Technologies, Informatics, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Recent graduate.
• No previous work experience is necessary.
• Basic knowledge of networks and programming.
• Basic knowledge of computing and information technologies.
• Basic English.
• Academic average of 9.0 or higher.
• Interest in developing in the Cybersecurity / SOC area.
• Availability to work in rotating schedules and shifts.

Schedule

Rotating shifts to cover a 7x24x365 operation.

It is essential to have availability to work different schedules, including weekends and holidays according to the shift programming.

Atizapán de Zaragoza, Zona Esmeralda.
