Jr. Data Pre-sales Engineer - LAN/WLAN Networks
Reto Industrial is looking for talent to join our team as a Jr. Data Pre-sales Engineer.
We are looking for a person with knowledge in LAN and WLAN networks, customer orientation, and experience supporting the development of technical and economic solutions.
Main responsibilities
- Collaborate with the commercial team to identify and understand the technical needs of customers.
- Design and present data solutions focused on LAN and WLAN networks.
- Provide guidance and technical support during the sales process.
- Prepare technical and economic proposals according to each customer's requirements.
- Clearly present the technical capabilities of the solutions, products, and services.
- Support the design of connectivity and wireless network solutions.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Telecommunications, Systems, Electronics, Information Technologies, or a related field.
- Professional degree and license (título y cédula profesional) are indispensable.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-sales positions, developing technical and economic proposals.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and interaction, identifying needs and developing solutions.
- Solid knowledge in LAN and WLAN networks.
- Experience with tools for WLAN predictive designs, such as Ekahau or AirMagnet.
- Knowledge of solutions and equipment from manufacturers such as Cisco, Extreme, Juniper, Huawei, or similar.
- Intermediate English.
- Intermediate handling of Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.
- Ability to drive and hold a valid driver's license.
- Availability to travel occasionally.
Desirable knowledge / certifications
- Cisco CCNA / CCNA Routing & Switching.
- CompTIA Network+.
- Knowledge in design and dimensioning of connectivity solutions.
