Jr. Sales Executive (In Training) Telecommunications

Reto Industrial, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is looking for young talent interested in developing in the commercial area and growing within a technical and dynamic environment.

Position Objective:

Develop commercial skills through a structured training program and accompaniment with senior executives, acquiring experience in prospecting, customer service, and closing sales in the industrial and technological sector.

Location:

Monterrey | Field work with clients

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Accompany senior sales executives on client visits
• Support the preparation of quotes and commercial proposals
• Follow up on opportunities and commercial pending items
• Collaborate with internal teams in the integration of technical proposals
• Generate administrative project reports
• Follow up on collection status
• Identify and develop business opportunities together with the senior team

Requirements:

• Education: Engineering in Systems, Networks, Telecommunications or related
• Intermediate English
• Knowledge in networks, telecommunications, or technological solutions
• Desirable knowledge in SAP (sales module)
• Availability for field work (medium frequency)
• Organization, commitment, and communication skills

Experience (desirable):

• Experience or knowledge as an engineer/architect in network solutions
• Understanding of the technology and telecommunications market

Note:

Once commercial skills are developed, a commission scheme will be integrated (approximately after the first year).
