Your tasks
Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation and food assembly in a timely manner
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Support serving staff with timely delivery of food orders when necessary
- Follow proper food safety procedures, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
