Artisan Baker

Day & Afternoon Shift

Location : Watford ,Hertfordshire,

Salary: £32,000 – £36,500 per annum, depending on experience.

Hours : This is a 9-hour shift position, with shifts starting at: 4:00am, 8:00am, 12:00 noon

5 shifts per week, with working days scheduled across Monday to Sunday.

We are a Well- established artisan bakery with over 20 years of experience producing high-quality breads, pastries and other bakery products.

We are looking for an experienced Artisan Baker, who will be responsible for the day-to-day production of our artisan breads, ensuring that every product meets our high standards for quality, consistency, appearance, flavour and texture.

You will be involved in the complete bread-making process, from mixing and developing dough through to fermentation, shaping, proofing and baking.

About you

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' professional baking experience. Whether Commercial or artisan bakery experience. Strong sourdough and fermentation skills. Experience with traditional/deck ovens. Skilled in hand-shaping artisan products

Benefits £32,000 – £36,500 per annum, depending on experience.
