Your tasks

Some travel to regional sites Looking for that next role, where you have full scope ofdelivery across the recruitment lifecycle? Reporting into the HRD, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the UK & Europe for this SME business.

The roles has the opportunity to shape recruitment strategy, employer brand and candidate experience, through delivering a high performing service both internally to stakeholders and externally to the market.

You will have responsibility for

• End-to-end recruitment across UK & EU
• Direct sourcing and talent pipelining for senior/hard-to-fill roles
• Coaching and partnering with hiring managers
• Managing agencies, job boards and recruitment spend
• ATS ownership, recruitment reporting and analytics
• Developing employer brand and candidate experience
• Driving improvements across recruitment processes and EDI

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ TA/recruitment experience
• In-house experience
• Strong direct sourcing skills
• Excellent stakeholder management
• EU recruitment exposure would be advantageous
