Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys leading a team, improving processes and making a real difference? We’re looking for a proactive Transactional Finance Team Manager to lead and develop a busy team, drive continuous improvement and ensure effective day to day operations.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience managing a transactional finance team.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and lead by example.
• IT savvy, with a passion for improving processes and ways of working.
• Ideally experienced across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, although candidates with a stronger AP background will also be considered.
