Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer Location: Coventry ________________________________________ The Reality of the Role This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you are responsible for keeping vacancies filled and clients running. Recruitment doesn’t always operate within standard office hours — this role requires flexibility, including early starts, late finishes, and occasional out-of-hours/on-call support. Deadlines are tight, priorities change quickly, and you’ll often be working against the clock. ________________________________________ What You’ll Actually Be Doing • Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound calls • Screening CVs and interviewing candidates • Filling vacancies to tight deadlines — often same-day or next-day • Managing multiple roles, candidates, and bookings at once • Handling last-minute issues such as no-shows, sickness, and cancellations • Keeping regular contact with candidates to confirm availability and attendance • Supporting consultants and ensuring client requirements are met • Updating systems and maintaining accurate records _____________________________________ What We’re Looking For • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Resilient and able to deal with setbacks and constant change • Strong communicator, particularly over the phone • Proactive, reliable, and able to think quickly • A team player with a strong work ethic Previous recruitment or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential. ________________________________________ What You’ll Get in Return • Performance-based bonus/commission • Clear progression opportunities into consultant roles • Training and ongoing support • A fast-moving, team-driven environment • Incentives and rewards for performance ________________________________________ Bottom Line This role is demanding, reactive, and not predictable. It requires flexibility, urgency, and a strong work ethic. If you can stay organised, handle pressure, and deliver consistently — you’ll succeed. If you need routine and fixed hours, this probably isn’t the right fit. ________________________________________
