Responsibilities:
- Responding to client, employee and insurer enquiries by phone and email.
- Processing information through insurer portals and maintaining accurate client records and membership details.

- Supporting client onboarding, scheme administration and retention.
- Managing shared inboxes and escalating more complex queries when needed.
- Developing your knowledge of insurer products and building relationships with insurer contacts.
- Supporting the wider team while following the firm’s compliance procedures.
- Support other administrative business needs as and when required.
To apply for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Great communication and organisation skills and have worked in administrative or support role within insurance or financial services.

- Methodical approach with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Previous experience working in insurance is essential.
You may come from an insurance administration, client support, account handling or employee benefits background. Experience with private medical, travel or group insurance would be particularly useful.
You’ll also have strong customer service and administrative skills, confidence using insurer systems or portals, and a methodical approach to managing deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, clear communication and good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint are important.
