Based in Normandie, you will manage a Sales Administration (ADV) team of about ten employees (including a portion dedicated to export) and will be responsible for the correct processing of customer orders, from account creation to delivery.
What they expect from you
- Drive the processing of customer orders: from account creation to delivery, including dispute management, in compliance with internal procedures
- Ensure data and billing reliability: ensure that customer accounts are correctly filled out and that invoices are compliant
- Manage and develop the skills of the ADV team: implementation of performance and activity indicators, change management, optimization of tool usage (ERP, Excel, Outlook)
- Structure and evolve internal procedures: updating processes, automation of low value-added tasks, continuous improvement
- Act as the internal representative for the customer: interface between the ADV team, sales, procurement, the warehouse, and accounting to guarantee compliance with deadlines and service quality
- Contribute to commercial development: identification of new opportunities, both in France and for export, in connection with the sales teams
Profile sought
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in team management and in ADV: this position requires combining operational credibility and managerial legitimacy to unite an existing team
- Good knowledge of customs issues and incoterms: the activity is international and involves securing shipments and documents compliant with each country
- A minimum English level of C1: exchanges with international customers and partners are regular
- Assertive leadership and a real capacity to structure: you are arriving at a scope to be organized and evolved, not simply to manage a stabilized existing setup
This position is not for you if
- You are looking for a pure administrative management position, without a managerial dimension
- You prefer managing an already stabilized organization rather than structuring it
- You are not comfortable being the interface between several departments and arbitrating priorities on a daily basis
What can make the difference
- Experience in an industrial, artisanal, or manufacturing environment: a better understanding of production constraints and the supply chain
- Sensitivity to the tableware or luxury sector: a high-end clientele (palaces, 5-star hotels) implies a particular requirement for service
- An appetite for data and process automation: current tools offer significant room for improvement in operational efficiency
What the company offers
- Fixed remuneration: 38-42K€ over 12 months
- Variable remuneration: 5K€ depending on achievement of objectives
- Remuneration package: approximately 43-47K€ gross annual
