Industrial company specializing in the design and manufacture of special machines intended for industry. As part of its business development, the company is currently creating a Technical Trainer position to structure and develop its internal and external training offering.

Job Description

You will be responsible for technical training for clients and internal teams.

You will train operators in equipment operation and maintenance technicians in level 1 and 2 interventions. The position combines training, technical expertise, and travel to clients at a national level.

Your main missions:

Technical training

• Conduct client training on-site or at the company's premises in Chartres.
• Train operators in equipment operation and maintenance teams at levels 1 and 2.
• Also conduct internal training for technicians.

Training preparation

• Prepare and update training materials and technical documentation.
• Adapt content to the participants' level and client needs.
• Occasionally accompany technicians in the field to strengthen your knowledge of the equipment.

Development of the training activity

• Participate in the structuring and development of the training department.
• Be proactive regarding content, pedagogical methods, and tools.
• Occasionally contribute to commissioning and supporting clients in production.

A newly created position with a real role to build. A job blending technical skills, pedagogy, and client relations. A service vehicle available departing from Chartres.

• Location: Chartres, with travel at a national level
• Contract: CDI
• Remuneration: between €38,000 and €45,000 gross annual depending on experience

MHA/STA

Profile sought

• Technical training in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, mechanics, or electrotechnics
• Approximately 10 years of experience in a technical function, ideally as a Field Technician, After-Sales Service Technician, or Technical Trainer on special machines or industrial equipment
• Mastery of IT tools and software related to maintenance
• Good interpersonal skills, pedagogy, and technical English allowing you to follow training in factories in Germany
• Autonomous, organized, rigorous, and proactive
