Quality Standards and Tools Trainer - QHSE Manager M/F (M/F)

Do you master automotive and/or aero quality tools, do you enjoy sharing your expertise, and do you want to go further than a trainer role?

We are supporting a training organization specialized in industrial environments, working primarily with players in the automotive and aeronautics sectors.

As part of its business development, the company wishes to strengthen its expertise in quality tools and standards and is recruiting a person capable of progressively taking responsibility for this scope.

Your role

You will work with industrial clients in France and internationally to lead training sessions on the main quality tools and standards:

IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, AMDEC, MSA, SPC, QRQC, APQP/PPAP, 8D, ISO 9001, as well as, depending on your experience, aeronautics-related standards such as EN 9100.

But the position is not limited to training.

Progressively, you will also take charge of the coordination and development of the department:

• organization and coordination of interventions carried out by internal and external trainers;
• support and integration of new instructors;
• evolution of content and development of new training courses;
• contribution to the structuring and development of the offering;
• participation in certification and partnership processes with the main players in the sector.

The objective is to allow you, eventually, to take real responsibility for the department, with strong autonomy in its organization and development. These dimensions of steering, management of trainers, and evolution of the offering are an integral part of the requirement.

The schedule involves approximately two trips per month (1 to 3 days per trip), in France or abroad.

Remuneration and conditions 45 to 60 K€ gross annual depending on experience, to which annual bonuses may be added. A start as a freelancer or on a CDI.

The profile we are looking for

significant experience in automotive industrial quality and mastery of several of the main Core Tools and sector standards. experience in aeronautics, notably around EN 9100, is desired.

You have already led training sessions, supported teams, or shared your expertise within the framework of consulting, auditing, or management missions.

bilingualism is mandatory

Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for a person who is: autonomous, structured, pedagogical, capable of uniting experts, and eager to participate in the development of an activity.

An engineering degree is desired.

This position is particularly open to: Senior Quality / QHSE Consultant, Quality Manager, Quality Auditor, Core Tools Expert, or technical quality Trainer wishing to evolve towards a position offering more autonomy, responsibility, and management.
