Operational HR Steering

  • Manage and develop the operational HR team
  • Supervise personnel administrative management with high standards, reliability, and a sense of service
  • Guarantee the compliance of HR practices with respect to social law
  • Ensure proactive legal monitoring, anticipate regulatory changes, and secure practices

Recruitment & Talent Development

  • Drive the recruitment strategy and guarantee onboarding processes aligned with the Group's culture and ambitions
  • Deploy talent management and training policies that promote skill development and internal mobility
  • Support career evolutions and sustain individual and collective development dynamics

Managerial Support & Social Relations

  • Advise and support managers in managing their teams and sensitive situations
  • Actively contribute to social dialogue and participate in collective negotiations
  • Act as a true Business Partner to the Management Committees by providing strategic and operational HR insights

Required Profile

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in social law, legal studies, or business school with a solid foundation in social law
  • Minimum 10 years of operational HR experience, ideally acquired in demanding, transforming, or high-growth environments
  • Professional English (B1)
  • Confirmed expertise in social law and social relations
  • Rapid analysis capacity, sense of pragmatism, and solution orientation
  • Natural leadership, partner posture, ability to unite and support change
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
  • Rigor, autonomy, and the ability to manage several strategic topics in parallel
  • Curiosity and an appetite for HR innovation and digital tools
