Our client is an international pharmaceutical group specializing in the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and intermediate products intended for the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description

Reporting to the CDG Manager of the Chimie Santé division at the Dunkerque site, you will work with total autonomy on the following missions:

• Monthly closings, forecast, reporting for the BU
• Management of industrial costs and performance monitoring
• Analysis of production variances (yield, consumption, variance)
• Construction of the annual budget
• Monitoring of stocks and CAPEX, inventory, profitability analysis, data reliability
• Finance interlocutor on standard costs and production variances

Occasional travel is to be expected to the 2 other sites in France/Belgium (-5 days/year)

Remuneration: 60,000 - 67,000 K€ / 12 months

Profile:

• You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial environment.
• You hold a Bac+5 in controlling, finance, or an equivalent field.
• You possess professional English at a minimum B2 level, ideally C1, allowing you notably to present and defend your analyses and recommendations orally.
• You have a good understanding of economic challenges and industrial processes, as well as a real operational sense.
• You master Excel and are comfortable with data analysis and exploitation.
• You demonstrate autonomy, critical thinking, and analytical capacity, allowing you to identify variances, understand their causes, and propose corrective actions.
• You know how to challenge operational managers and be a source of proposals in a performance improvement approach.
• You possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills and know how to communicate in a clear, concise, and structured manner.
