Your mission

Within a dynamic purchasing team, you will manage a strategic portfolio of indirect purchases and investments. You will support the various departments of the company in their projects, while guaranteeing competitiveness, quality of services, and risk management.

Your main responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy purchasing strategies adapted to your scope.
  • Conduct market analyses and ensure active supplier monitoring.
  • Support internal teams in identifying and formalizing their needs.
  • Organize and manage calls for tender and supplier consultations.
  • Lead commercial, technical, and contractual negotiations.
  • Build financial analyses and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) studies.
  • Develop and manage a network of high-performing suppliers.
  • Negotiate and secure contracts as well as framework agreements.
  • Ensure the monitoring of investments and associated budgets.
  • Measure and manage supplier performance through relevant indicators.
  • Identify risks related to suppliers and implement appropriate action plans.
  • Contribute to the company's performance, competitiveness, and sustainable development objectives.
  • Ensure regular reporting to the Purchasing Department.

The profile we are looking for

Higher education Bac +5, business school, engineering school, or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in indirect purchasing and investment management.
  • Experience acquired in an industrial, aeronautical, or highly regulated environment is appreciated.
  • Mastery of negotiation and contracting techniques.
  • Good understanding of financial issues related to investments.
  • Mastery of cost analysis and TCO approaches.
  • Proficiency with purchasing tools, ERP, and analysis tools.
  • Professional English.
