Must-have:SeniorLead

Eveenty is looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to own our overall marketing strategy and execute it directly. You'll be setting the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to build campaigns, manage paid ad accounts, and oversee our social media presence yourself, while also managing the team members who support you. We're looking for someone equally comfortable planning a quarterly marketing roadmap and personally logging into ad platforms to optimize a campaign.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and personally execute the company's overall marketing strategy across all channels (digital, content, partnerships, events, paid media)
  • Directly manage and grow paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) — from setup and targeting through budget optimization and performance reporting
  • Oversee and actively guide the company's social media presence — setting content direction, approving output, and stepping in hands-on where needed, without this being your only function
  • Set and manage the marketing budget, allocating spend across channels based on ROI and business priorities
  • Lead and mentor marketing team members/specialists, while remaining actively involved in day-to-day execution yourself
  • Define and track marketing KPIs, reporting performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Own brand positioning and messaging across all customer touchpoints
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns from strategy through hands-on delivery and post-campaign analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing with business goals
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing managerial role , with direct, hands-on execution experience — not purely a supervisory background
  • Proven, hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns and managing social media strategy/output
  • Proven track record of developing and personally executing marketing strategies that drove measurable business results
  • Experience managing and developing a team, while staying actively hands-on
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable setting KPIs, reading performance data, and adjusting strategy accordingly
  • Experience managing a marketing budget
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or event/ticketing industries is a strong plus
  • FLUENCY IN ENGLISH
