RECEPTIONIST (M/F)
RESALP is recruiting a Receptionist CDD / from November 30, 2026, to April 18, 2027 / on-site 42h/week / €13.52 gross hourly / NON-provided accommodation
Who are we? Resalp is a family-owned passenger transport company, located in the North of Hautes-Alpes and in the Isère stations of Alpe d'Huez and Deux Alpes. As an expert group in mobility, we operate several networks, regular lines, taxis, and a small train. A significant part of our activity is linked to tourism: transfers, coach outings, trips, and occasional travel. Growing strongly for 15 years, Resalp now has more than 170 employees and operates a fleet of 150 vehicles. The activity of our commercial agency reaches its peak during the winter season. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Receptionist. Your missions, if you accept them: You will work in a pair, dividing the following tasks:
- Welcoming customers within the commercial agency
- Managing the telephone switchboard
- Advising on the itineraries, schedules, and fares best suited to users
- Registering customers in the database and following up on their files
- Selling transport titles (subscriptions, booklets, tickets) and managing the commercial agency cash register
- Transmitting various traveler remarks to the commercial service (complaints, refund requests, feedback, reviews...)
- Issuing transport cards and duplicates
- Managing lost and found items
- Processing mail
- Performing administrative tasks related to transport activity (counts, surveys, census.)
What we are looking for:
- Experience in reception desired
- Proficiency in English mandatory
- Italian or other languages strongly appreciated
- Ability to demonstrate autonomy
- Dynamism and joviality
- Rigor, attention to detail, and organization
What we offer you:
- A Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) of 42 weekly hours
- From November 30, 2026, to April 18, 2027
- Working hours between 8am-7pm and 2 days off during the week
- €13.52 gross hourly
