Operations Engineer (M/F)
Job Missions Reporting to the Director of Operations Asset Management South Europe, you will be the convergence point between asset owners and various project stakeholders, with the objective of ensuring optimal management of wind, solar, and storage facilities. Your main missions will be: Relationship Management and Coordination:
- Ensure the link between renewable park owners and the Asset Management departments (technical, finance, commercial).
- Guarantee that all stakeholders have the necessary and consistent information.
Monitoring of Contractual Obligations:
- Ensure compliance with the commitments of the owning companies and RES within the framework of asset management contracts.
- Manage claims reported to insurance companies. Follow up on claims and resolve defects within the framework of contractual warranties.
Operational Management and Performance:
- Propose and manage the operational budget of the owning companies.
- Write operation reports and ensure their distribution to clients.
- Perform site inspections: audits of clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities.
Business Development:
- Identify, in partnership with Business Development, commercial opportunities.
- Propose adapted services and support owners in their projects.
Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QSE):
- Apply and improve safety, environment, and quality procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiate corrective actions.
Profile Sought
You are a graduate of an engineering school or hold a master's degree from a generalist school, industrial engineering, or renewable energies. You possess solid knowledge of the professions, technologies, and specific challenges of the renewable energy sector (wind, solar, storage). You benefit from significant experience in the renewable asset management profession (minimum 2 years). You are comfortable with digital tools and possess an advanced ability to analyze technical and operational data. You master English at an advanced level, both written and oral, to communicate effectively with international interlocutors. You are capable of making informed decisions quickly and communicating effectively with various interlocutors, regardless of their level or field of expertise. Pragmatic and organized, you demonstrate an excellent sense of service and a strong commercial sense to provide concrete solutions to partners and clients.
Position open in Avignon, Montpellier, Béziers. Occasional travel to the group headquarters (Kings Langley) to be expected.
