For an internationally active logistics company with a specialized ocean freight division, we are looking for you as a Team Leader Ocean Freight Export (m/f/d) in full-time at the Solingen location.

• An annual salary of 60,000 to 70,000 Euro, depending on your experience and qualification

These are your tasks:

• You lead an export team of approximately three to five employees technically and, if necessary, disciplinarily
• You coordinate operational tasks and ensure timely, economical, and qualitatively reliable order processing
• You support your team with complex issues, complaints, and operational escalations
• You process selected ocean freight export shipments and organize FCL, LCL, breakbulk, and group container loadings
• You monitor export processes as well as shipping, freight, and customs documents
• You look after important customers and support with offers and freight rates
• You develop employees further and optimize internal processes together with adjacent departments
• You coordinate vehicle, refrigerated, and special transports if required

What you bring with you:

• You have training in the field of Spedition and Logistik or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in operational ocean freight with a focus on export
• You are familiar with the processing of FCL and LCL shipments as well as the relevant export and customs documents
• You have initial leadership experience or have already provided technical guidance to employees
• You work confidently with MS Office and common Speditionssoftware
• You have good English skills and a strong understanding of operational and economic processes
• You act in a structured, solution-oriented, and committed manner and convince through an appreciative leadership style
