SAP HR Specialist (m/f/d) (Payroll Accountant)

For an established trading company with an international orientation, we are looking for you as an SAP HR Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time at the Düsseldorf location.

• Annual gross salary of €60,000 to €68,000 depending on experience and qualification plus Christmas bonus

These are your tasks:

• You support the maintenance and further development of the implemented SAP Payroll solution.
• You check existing system settings and accompany technical and functional adjustments.
• You perform tests and ensure that changes function correctly before productive use.
• You work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external contact persons on system-related issues.
• You contribute to the optimization and simplification of existing payroll processes.

This is what you bring:

• You have a completed commercial, technical, or comparable training.
• You have practical experience with SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• You understand the basic connections of payroll accounting and are particularly interested in their mapping in SAP.
• Knowledge in SAP customizing, wage types, or testing of payroll systems is an advantage.
• You bring a strong IT affinity, a structured way of working, and very good English skills.
